Whew, got this posted just under the wire last night (I think the jam clock said 17s left). It's not done but it's much more than the skeleton I had a week ago. 

If you're reading through, the biggest thing that you'll find incomplete is the NPC Dossiers. I need to stat out Bashir and the second Talent for the Mukhabarat, as well as some normal human grunts for both. I also need to touch up the formatting of the game book so it can actually be printed as the booklet.
